HID Announced OmniKey 6221 USB Card Reader

HID Global announced the new & latest OmniKey 6221 USB reader that supports both microSD flash memory card up to 32GB & SIM-sized contactless smart cards. With contactless smart card support, the newest OMNIKEY 6221 delivers data protection & secure content issuance using encryption & digital signatures in conjunction including PIN protection, preventing unauthorized access to data contained in the microSD.

The OmniKey 6221 measures 94 x 26 x 15mm and weighs 17g.
