Patriot Memory announced its new & latest Inferno series solid state drive that makes use of SandForce’s SF-1222 SSD controller with DuraClass technology providing enhanced endurance & dependability by an average of 20x over traditional SSD controllers via innovative write technology & Wear Leveling.
Based on MLC NAND flash, the 2.5-inch Inferno is available in 100GB & 200GB & offers 285MB/s read & 275MB/s write speeds. Patriot’s new SSD is companionable with Windows 7 TRIM commands. Each Inferno SSD ships with a 2.5-inch to 3.5-inch adapter.
