Samsung builds a full line of digital cameras & video cameras that it sells here in the States & in a foreign country. The cameras run the gamut from entry-level devices to high-end devices that are far from cheap. Samsung has unveiled a new & latest digital camera in Taiwan today called the Blu EX1.
The camera is hailed as the world’s first to have a 24mm F1.8 wide angle Schneider lens with 3x optical zoom. Around the lens is a rotary control that lets the user adjust settings by turning the lens surround as you would turn it to focus on some DSLR cameras.
The camera has a 10-megapixel resolution & uses a 1/1.7-inch CCD. The rear LCD is a 3-inch AMOLED that swivels & alternates to let you see the screen from in front of the camera for self & group shots. The Blu EX1 will come in silver or black colors in Taiwan for 559,000 won. There is no word on pricing or availability in other countries.
